Trafodaeth feirniadol o gyfraniad defnyddwyr gwasanaeth at addysg gwaith cymdeithasol yng Nghymru

Mae’r erthygl hon yn adrodd am ganfyddiadau gwaith cychwynnol a wnaed i asesu cyfraniad defnyddwyr gwasanaeth/gofalwyr at addysg gwaith cymdeithasol mewn sefydliad addysg uwch yng Nghymru ac mae’n trafod yn feirniadol gyfraniad defnyddwyr gwasanaeth/gofalwyr at addysg gwaith cymdeithasol. Mae swyddogaeth defnyddwyr gwasanaeth/gofalwyr yn y cyd-destun hwn yn parhau i fod yn amwys. Awgrymwn y caiff hyn ei adlewyrchu yn sylwadau’r defnyddwyr gwasanaeth/gofalwyr, sy’n adrodd yn aml am werth eu cyfraniad at addysg gwaith cymdeithasol yn nhermau’r manteision personol – therapiwtig yn aml – iddynt hwy o gymryd rhan. Mae myfyrwyr gwaith cymdeithasol yn frwdfrydig am gyfraniad defnyddwyr gwasanaeth/gofalwyr at eu haddysg, ac yn credu ei fod yn werthfawr, ond roedd ganddynt syniadau amrywiol am sut a beth y gallai ac y dylai’r defnyddwyr gwasanaeth/gofalwyr ei gyfrannu.
