Seduir, seduce, més que dir que han de fer català: Astudiaeth o bolisïau iaith mewn addysg, integreiddio a mewnfudo rhyngwladol yng Nghatalwnia

Mae’r erthygl hon yn dadansoddi llywodraethiant mewnfudo yng Nghatalwnia, gan ganolbwyntio’n benodol ar y mesurau iaith mewn addysg a roddir ar waith i addysgu’r Gatalaneg i fewnfudwyr. Canolbwyntir yn benodol ar y rhaglen Voluntariat per la llengua (VxL),  sef  prif  weithgaredd  y  Consorci  per  a  la  Normalització  Lingüística  (CPNL),  y  prif ddarparwr ffurfiol ar gyfer addysgu’r Gatalaneg i oedolion yng Nghatalwnia, ynghyd â swyddogaeth siaradwyr Catalaneg mewn ymdrechion i integreiddio mewnfudwyr yn ieithyddol. Dadleuir bod siaradwyr ieithoedd  lleiafrifoedd yn ganolog i’r  broses o addysgu Catalaneg i fewnfudwyr, a bod eu cyfranogiad mewn polisïau  a phrosiectau ieithyddol  yn cyfrannu  at  gydlyniad cymdeithasol a chysylltiadau  rhwng  grwpiau yn ogystal â chynaliadwyedd    y Gatalaneg. Felly, gyda chynllunio iaith pwrpasol, gall mewnfudwyr a siaradwyr iaith leiafrifol gryfhau neu adnewyddu sefyllfa iaith leiafrifol.
